One of the founding bands on Big Neck Records, The Baseball Furies, jump started this label with dynamite laden rock-n-roll. They are now back for their second full-length with 11 songs of fury and outrage that will have even your parents shaking their fists and fighting the system.
The second album shows the great progression of a band that keeps is roots in garage rock, punk rock, and plain old rock-n-roll, but adds the fiery licks of a older more angst ridden rock band. They even use harmonies in songs.
The move from Buffalo to Chicago caused the recording of this record to be delayed. Years in the making, The Furies never thought the album was quite right and it finally saw the light of day because all of their friends told them to leave it alone, let it be and put it out. They had offers from bigger labels like Gearhead Records, Rip-Off Records, etc… which they turned down so they could keep their feet solidly in their roots, small DIY labels who care more about their bands then making money. Wanting the freedom of a small label, a label with a great name, a label that they help build, The Furies declined all offers and returned to Big Neck Records. Purchase HERE.
